University of San Diego Graduate Rachel Black Chosen for Prestigious Capital Fellows Program

Rachel Black of San Diego has been chosen for the 2015-2016 Capital Fellows Program.

Black graduated from the University of San Diego in 2014 with a degree in Political Science and History.

The Capital Fellows program, which is administered by the California State University, Sacramento's Center for California Studies, allows students to become involved in the California State Assembly, the California State Senate, the California Executive Branch, or the California Judiciary. Working for ten to eleven months, the fellows become involved in government leadership and policymaking opportunities, preparing for future careers within the public service sphere.
