Constance Hinchman Studies Abroad through University of San Diego Program

University of San Diego student Constance Hinchman of Kansas City studied abroad in China this summer.

Hinchman is majoring in international business. Hinchman took part in USD's three-week faculty-led program to explore one of the world's oldest and continuous civilizations. The program included visits to Beijing, the capital of the People's Republic of China; Xi'an, one of the oldest cities in Chinese history and Shanghai, China's cosmopolitan center of culture and design.

USD is ranked second in the nation for the percentage of undergraduate students studying abroad, according to the Institute of International Education's Open Doors Report. Nearly 66 percent of all USD undergraduate students study abroad.
