Annie Wright of Boswell Selected for Mortar Board at University of San Diego

Annie Wright of Boswell, a student at the University of San Diego, was selected for Mortar Board, a national honor society recognizing students for outstanding achievement in scholarship, leadership, and service.

Mortar Board, founded in 1918, has more than 200 chapters across the country and was chartered on the USD campus in the fall of 2000. After students are selected, they continue to serve the University and community through special projects.

Wright is majoring in Behavioral Neuroscience and expects to graduate in Spring 2018.

Wright plans to become an occupational therapist with a focus on mental disability and pediatrics and grew up in Taiwan.
